Employment Training - Women's health and employment law OVERVIEW This training will look at the specific issues that arise in terms of women’s health and the intersection with employment law. Women are often working during times when their bodies are in fluctuating states such as during pregnancy, post pregnancy, during menopause and beyond. This session will have a particular focus on the HR and legal considerations associated with: • Pregnancy and pregnancy related illnesses • IVF and fertility • Miscarriage and stillbirth • Post-natal depression • Periods and endometriosis • Menopause • Cancer WHO SHOULD ATTEND The ideal delegate for this course would be HR managers and line managers.
