An evening of deep relaxation with the sounds of the gong, drum & other percussion. Come and immerse yourself in sound in the beautiful Pavilion in Bracknell, surrounded by woods🌲 Let yourself be transported to a deeper state of relaxation, resetting the nervous system with different instruments, frequencies and vibrations. Followed by grounding and integration time with herbal tea and homemade cakes (gluten free and vegan).
