Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, percussion instruments, and deep resonant gongs, you’ll be immersed in waves of sound and vibration designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and make your brain go from: “AAAAAAAAHHHH” to “ahhhhhhh” 🤍 ✨ You are fully allowed to fall asleep. Honestly a lot of people do 😂 No judgement if you drool, snore, twitch, accidentally astral project, or wake yourself up with a weird sleep noise. This is a space to properly switch off.
