Love Nature, Love Yourself: Yuletide Special

Practise self-care techniques and meditation whilst connecting to nature and her wonderful rejuvenating properties in a beautiful setting. Love Nature, Love Yourself! Come join me at Winthrop Gardens for a workshop filled with self-care and nature appreciation! This event is all about connecting with yourself and the beautiful world around you. Take part in meditation amidst the greenery, plants and trees and learn about mindfulness practices to enhance your well-being. Let's celebrate the bond between nature and self-love together, as we celebrate yuletide with hope, gratitude and joy in our hearts. Don't miss out on this opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul! We will have a base inside the conference building, but will also spend sometime outside too, depending on the weather.
