Taoist Tai Chi, Qi Gong and internal Kung Fu 4 week beginner course

Learn practical exercises to improve strength, balance, energy, mobility and focus. No previous experience needed. Over four weekly sessions, you’ll be introduced to a varied system of traditional Taoist movement and exercise, including Tai Chi, Qigong, Dao Yoga and Soft Kung Fu. The course combines slow, flowing movement with more dynamic exercises, breathing, coordination and focused practice. You’ll begin developing strength, balance, mobility, energy and body awareness, while learning techniques that can help you feel calmer and more focused in everyday life. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or have any previous experience. The course is designed specifically for complete beginners and gives you a chance to experience the different aspects of the Taoist Arts before progressing into our regular Sheffield classes.
