Relaxing Sound Bath

End of the week reset, you deserve it! Take an hour to relax and restore yourself for the weekend. Give yourself permission to unwind. Take an hour to reset and restore yourself after a busy week. Give yourself permission to unwind. What to bring: • Something comfortable to lay down on, camping mattress, thick blanket, yoga mat - you will be laying down for a hour . • Blanket to keep you warm. • Pillow to rest your head. • Additional pillow or bolster for under your knees. • Bottle of water. • Optional - Eye mask or covering for your eyes. Doors open at 7:30pm, please arrive with enough time to get comfortable. Unfortunately, if you do arrive late you will not be able to join the session. Doors will be closed at 7:45pm. Sound healing is not recommended during pregnancy, if suffer from seizures, have a pacemaker or are sound sensitive. If you have any concerns please contact me before booking.
