Every Shade of Red: Red Wines for Winter

Wine Tasting This tasting is in our Greenwich store. Click here for our Blackeath events. There’s no better aid in keeping the winter blues away than a drop of red in good company! As the sun sets earlier and earlier and the debate over when to turn the heating on begins, we follow the trees in turning to all things crimson, auburn and garnet. Tonight we'll rummage our shelves and explore red wines for every occasion and in every shade, shape and style, from the cherry charm in a Beaujolais to the brooding boldness of Zinfandel. Our shop tastings start at 7.30pm and run for approximately one-and-a-half to two hours. We will taste six to eight wines on a theme, and bread, cheese, and charcuterie are provided to match with the wines. Due to the communal nature of the tasting, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.
