Autumn Equinox Yoga and Sound Bath

Join us for a gentle outdoor vinyassa yoga flow with Amber, followed by a soothing sound bath. Join us on the Autumn Equinox for a FREE gentle yoga session and sound bath with Flow with Amber. The Autumn Equinox signals the end of Summer on the astronomical calendar, a point of seasonal equilibrium with days and nights being almost exactly 12 hours long each. Connect with the nature of The River Park and take part in a 40 minute guided yinyassa flow, followed by a 15 minute sound bath. An opportunity to pause, and reset. We'll close the session with warming Peppermint Tea. This session is taking place within the archaeological site at Methil Mill.
