About This Journey The Inception is for anyone who feels stuck in an old cycle and is ready to move. You'll be guided through breath, sound and voice coaching to bring awareness to what has been holding you back — and create space to step into something different. This journey includes two strong emotional release points, followed by a grounded integration phase using forgiveness, gratitude and intention. You lie down with headphones on and are guided through the whole experience. You remain in control throughout. No breathwork experience needed.
