CIRCLE is a monthly nurturing community experience for women who want to slow down, feel supported and build genuine connection with others. Inspired by the ancient human tradition of gathering in Circle through rhythm, movement, storytelling and shared presence, CIRCLE creates space for women to regulate together rather than carrying everything alone. This is not a formal class and there is no pressure to share. You are welcome to speak, listen, move, laugh, reflect and simply be part of the space.
