Return to Harmony™: a day in the forest for women

Slow down in Cannock Chase, meet your future goddess self, hear her message and capture it in glass that's yours to keep. Flat out, fed up, frazzled and overwhelmed? Always the one keeping everyone else afloat, with nothing left for you? Return to Harmony™ is a day in the forest for women who are looking for answers, not just a day out. We'll slow right down among the trees of Cannock Chase. Phones away, no rushing, nobody needing anything from you. Then, through a gentle guided visualisation, you'll meet your future goddess self and hear the message she has for you. In the afternoon you'll capture that message in glass. No experience needed. Emma fires your piece in her kiln after the day and posts it back to you, so her message is yours to keep. THE DAY Sunday 15 November 2026, 10am to 3.30pm Cannock Chase, Staffordshire. The exact meeting point is sent when you book. Women only. PRICE £125 early bird until midnight on Monday 26 October, then £145. Lunch isn't included, so please bring your own. Coming with a friend? Message Emma and you'll both get £20 off. YOUR GUIDE Emma Kirkham is a hypnotherapist and fused-glass artist. Find out more at emmakirkham.co.uk
