Green Walks focuses on connection and mental wellbeing, not miles covered. The walks are dog friendly and fully funded. Although it is mostly flat, it’s off path in parts and there are some small inclines. The Green Walks Project It’s well known now that being outside is hugely beneficial for our mental health. Green Walks is a fully funded project designed to help you reconnect with nature, boost your well-being, and build meaningful connections with others in your local area. Walks take place every Saturday and Wednesday.
