Whether you're planning for the future, expecting a baby, navigating life as a new mum or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, this evening is designed to support, inspire and encourage. At Pause & Breathe, we believe every woman deserves time to slow down, breathe and feel supported, whatever chapter of life she's in. The evening is planned to include: 🌬️ Breathwork with Alison – gentle guided breathwork to help calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body and create space for yourself. 💛 A Personal Journey into Pregnancy with Josie – a heartfelt 15-minute talk sharing her experience of pregnancy, how she felt emotionally and physically, and the importance of understanding, support and self-care during this special time. 🏡 Creating Your Calm Corner with Jessica – hear Jessica's inspiring story of creating her own "Mum Cave" and discover how even the smallest space in your home can become a sanctuary for rest, self-care and recharging. ☕ Enjoy refreshments and the opportunity to connect with other women in a warm, welcoming and supportive environment. ✨ A gentle evening of reflection, conversation and connection.
