Come and join us for some Tai Chi surrounded by nature. Connect your mind and body, and let go of what you have been carrying. Join us for our first event of many on the 15th November 2026! All are welcome :) 👨🏽🤝👨🏿👩🏽🤝👨🏻👩🏼🤝👩🏿 🪺🌳 We will be sourrounded by the serenity of nature, connecting our emotions with our outer body through slow and controlled movements; practicing the art of Tai Chi. 🥋☯️ This ancient practice of martial arts helps you connect the dots of your body and mind, leaving you more relaxed and calm for the days to come. Tai Chi is not only amazing for your mental well-being, it is also a tool that helps with balance, mobility and pain relief. 💬 Once you sign up, you will be sent a link to our whatsapp group; where you can say hello to other like minded people like yourself. And more importantly the pin for where exactly in the park we are will be dropped through sharing live location on the day.
