BID Wellbeing: Lunchtime Yoga

For Cheltenham BID levy business staff (only) to take a 30mins work lunch break and attend this free calming all‑levels class at Orange Yoga A new regular free activity taking place at 12.15pm-12:45pm on the second Wednesday of each month for BID levy paying business staff only. Hosted at OrangeYoga Studio, this inclusive, mixed-level yoga class is open to everyone! From complete beginners to experienced yogis, we’ll explore flowing movement guided by the breath, with options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body. We’ll begin by grounding, flow mindfully through the practice, and finish with the ultimate relaxation in savasana. A supportive, friendly space to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. A chance to escape for 30 minutes and enjoy moving together. Mats are available to borrow at the stdio but please feel free to bring your own. Tickets are free* for Cheltenham BID levy paying businesses with a maximum allocation of 2 tickets per business. *While these tickets are free to attendees, please be aware that each one represents a real cost to the BID. We kindly ask that if you reserve a ticket, you honour your commitment to attend. No-shows prevent other businesses from taking advantage of the opportunity. Due to a high number of non-attendances at previous events, failure to cancel your ticket with at least 48 hours’ notice may result in restrictions on your ability to register for future events.
