Menopause and Mental Health

Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshop Join Healthy Cornwall and Redruth Library for the third in the series of free community workshops focused on mental health and wellbeing. Perimenopause and menopause will effect all women and those in their life, either at home or in the workplace. In this friendly, practical two hour workshop we’ll develop a deeper understanding of: · What we mean by menopause · Signs and symptoms and how they may affect our physical and mental health · Practical tools to help you feel confident in supporting your own wellbeing and that of your colleagues and/or family All are welcome to attend – it’s not just for women. Please note that this workshop will need a minimum of 8 people to run. Contact details will be shared with Healthy Cornwall so that they can follow up with workshop information.
