Reiki 1

Reiki 1 PLEASE NOTE: This is a two-day course. Your booking covers both Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November. Saturday: 9:30am–5:00pm Sunday: 9:30am–4:30pm This is a full and practical weekend with a strong focus on hands-on learning. Across the two days, we’ll explore the foundations and theory of Reiki alongside plenty of opportunity to experience it for yourself. You’ll receive four Reiki attunements, learn self-treatment and how to offer Reiki to others, and spend time practising together in a relaxed and supportive environment. The weekend combines discussion, written learning, demonstrations and practical experience, giving you the opportunity not just to learn about Reiki, but to begin developing your own relationship with it. Reiki 1 is primarily focused on you and your own healing journey. By the end of the weekend, you’ll have the knowledge, practical experience and ongoing support to confidently continue working with Reiki for yourself and begin sharing it with friends and family.
