An Evening with John Torode and Lisa Faulkner at Waterstones York

We're delighted to welcome chef John Torode and cookery writer Lisa Faulkner for an evening to talk about their new cookery book. We're delighted to announce that John Torode and Lisa Faulkner will be appearing at Waterstones York on Tuesday 17th November, 7pm. Event details: Our doors will open to the public from 6.30pm, the event beginning at 7pm. A book signing will take place after the talk. About the book: After the success of their first book together, celebrated chef John Torode and bestselling cookery writer Lisa Faulkner are back to offer simple and delicious solutions for weeknight cooking. Having cooked together for 10 series of ITV's John & Lisa’s Kitchen, they want to encourage people to cook from scratch with foolproof recipes that are achievable and packed with flavour. They use everyday supermarket ingredients, straightforward techniques and no fancy gadgets, to give people the confidence to cook and, most importantly, enjoy creating dishes for their friends and family. Including chapters on Crowd Pleasers, One-Pan Dishes, Quick Fixes, Friday Night In, Late Night Bites and Something Sweet, these are inspirational recipes that can be used on repeat. If you’re time-poor and in need of spicing up your repertoire, this cookbook is for you! Ticketing: Tickets can be purchased online or in store.
