Holistic Wellness Day Retreat

Join our expert practitioners in this fabulous location for an inward journey from the past, into the present and towards your future. Held in the welcoming surroundings of the beautiful Hazlewood Castle Hotel, the retreat day offers you the opportunity to take time and space to step away from everyday life and turn your attention inward. Throughout the day, you’ll be guided on a journey from past to present to future. You can experience the deeply restful qualities of sound immersion, the energetic flow of Reiki, explore the possibility of past-life experiences, and gently uncover beliefs or patterns that may no longer serve you. You’ll also discover practical techniques to support your physical and emotional wellbeing, before turning towards the future you’d like to create. Whether you’re curious about new approaches to wellbeing, hoping to explore a particular issue or goal, or simply longing for a day to pause, reconnect and reset, you’ll be warmly welcomed just as you are. Come with an open mind. Leave feeling grounded, renewed and inspired by what might be possible. Each retreat is run for 10-15 adults and is currently discounted from £175 per person to £145, which includes all sessions, lunch and refreshments.
