Drumming for All

A monthly sacred drumming circle for those wishing to incorporate a frame / shamanic drum into their spiritual practice. The Rays presents Elaine Hughes, The Humble Drummer, at Helsington Meeting Room holding a sacred drumming circle open to all. Beginners are very welcome. Open to both Men & Women. These sessions are about sacred sound, which is evoked using frame or shamanic drums, rattles, tamborines and other sacred instruments and tools. Djembe or other contemporary drums are not appropriate in these circles. Please bring your own drum - and rattles if you have them! If you're new to drumming a limited number of spare drums are available but need to be reserved in advance - please contact me. Doors open 9.30am for 10am start. Complimentary refreshments are available before the session begins. For more information please contact: [email protected]
