Amid the pressures and challenges of the modern world, how can we cultivate a heart that remains open to the well-being of others? The Thirty-Seven Practices of a Bodhisattva is a concise yet profound teaching that expresses the essence of the bodhisattva path, particularly the cultivation and practice of bodhicitta. Drawing on the teachings of Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and his own experience of practice, Kyabje Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche will explore how we can cultivate bodhicitta through our body, speech and mind, bringing compassion into the way we live each day. Compassion is not simply an ideal, but something we can continually cultivate through our everyday actions.
