How can the Buddhist path help us understand suffering, cultivate wisdom and make meaningful use of our precious human life? Buddhism is a path of transformation: from delusion to wisdom, from attachment to the causes of suffering to inner freedom, and from excessive self-centeredness to boundless altruistic love and compassion. In this talk, Venerable Matthieu Ricard explores how Buddhism can help us overcome the various causes of suffering, how the Buddhist path is structured, and the methods it offers to extract the essence of our precious human life.
