The Seven Points of Mind Training is a treasured teaching of Tibetan Buddhism, showing us how to transform everyday experiences, including difficulties and adversity, into opportunities to cultivate compassion, wisdom and bodhicitta. In this two-day teaching, Kyabje Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche will guide participants through the principles of mind training, drawing on the root text of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche's commentary, Enlightened Courage.
