Workshop Modules (9 Weeks Total) - Integrating Mindfulness & Practical Skills Lab - 1. Distress Tolerance (3 weeks) Survive emotional storms, calm your nervous system, and accept reality without making things worse. 2. Emotional Regulation (3 weeks) Understand core emotions, check the facts, and reduce emotional vulnerability. 3.
