Live at Eaton: A solo dance proposing physical tenderness as a powerful queer action. 逸東現場藝術祭：以細膩肢體張力探討男性間的情感勞動，將「溫柔」塑造為酷兒抵抗行動。 Love Tenderly 愛－溫柔相待 Tony Tran (Norway & Vietnam) Love Tenderly frames gentle physical touch as an active performance of care and resistance. Investigating vulnerability and emotional labor between male bodies drawing on experiences related to family, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and religion, Tony Tran’s live choreographic work shifts between subtle contact and physical tension, proposing tenderness not as passivity, but as a deliberate and powerful queer action. *The session on December 5 will be followed by a post-performance dialogue with the artist, conducted in English. 《愛－溫柔相待》將溫柔的肢體觸碰轉化為關懷與抵抗的現場演繹。Tony Tran 的編舞作品由家庭、國族、性傾向、宗教等層面的經歷出發，探討男性身體之間的脆弱性與情感勞動，在細膩接觸與肢體張力之間交織，將「溫柔」塑造為一種深謀遠慮且具影響力的酷兒行動。 *12月5日的場次結束後將設有演後談（以英語進行）。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Presented by Eaton HK, Live at Eaton is a new contemporary performance festival expanding the boundaries of performance in Hong Kong. Beyond mainstream theatre and dance, it treats performance as a tool for knowledge production and community building—merging choreography, materiality, research, lived experience, and identity. Festival Theme: Daily Practice: Staging Self, Objects, and Others Initiated by co-directors Tang Fukuen and Joseph Chen, the inaugural edition examines the labor, habits, and rituals of daily life as performative acts. It explores how repetitive actions shape selfhood, body-material relations, and social conditions. This edition proposes an experimental "workshop performance" format, blending interactive education with live art where collective learning becomes a creative, critical, and communal experience.
