Each session combines Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs with guided meditation and gentle breathwork, creating space to slow down, listen and reconnect with your body. YOUR EXPERIENCE We begin with a welcome and a short conversation about how you’re feeling and what you would like from the session. Kate then guides you through gentle breathing and meditation before you lie down comfortably for the sound bath. Explore the layered sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and gongs, with time afterwards to return gently and share your experience if you wish. No previous meditation or sound bath experience is needed.
