In 2017, he became the first Asian to be admitted to the tasting committee of La Revue du Vin de France (RVF), France's most influential wine publication, since its founding in 1927. He was also the youngest wine critic ever appointed to the magazine's tasting committee. As a member of the Chinese team that won the 2016 RVF World Blind Tasting Championship, Alexandre has spent years immersed in Bordeaux's wine regions and is widely respected for his deep understanding of French fine wines and terroir.
