Join MiniZen for a playful kids yoga class for children ages 4–7, where yoga, movement, breathing and imagination come together. Children will embark on a superhero-inspired yoga mission while discovering simple tools that can help them move their bodies, focus their minds and feel more confident and calm. Through playful games, yoga poses and breathing exercises, children will: 🌟 Explore fun yoga poses 🌬️ Learn simple breathing techniques 🤸 Move and stretch their bodies 🧠 Practise focus and body awareness 💪 Build confidence through movement 🦸 Use imagination and creativity 💛 Learn simple ways to pause and reset No previous yoga experience is needed.
