Nourish the Heart: A Women’s Restorative Mini Retreat to Reset & Renew Friday 12th February 2027 715PM – 930PM Yoga Next Door @hotyogadublin with Melissa Curtis and Lisa Phillips As winter slowly begins to lift and the days grow a little brighter, Valentine's weekend is the perfect opportunity to take some time for yourself. We spend so much of our lives looking after others, often putting ourselves at the bottom of the list. This mini retreat is a gentle reminder that looking after yourself is healthcare. And what better weekend to give yourself a little love and attention! Join Melissa and Lisa for a nourishing evening of intentional Yoga, Pilates, mindful movement, ritual and relaxation, designed to help you reconnect & love your body, restore your energy and welcome the lighter days of spring. What to expect: • Yoga & Pilates to celebrate all that our bodies do for us, building strength, encouraging fluidity and mobility whilst enjoying movement that feels nourishing, empowering and good in our bodies. • Pelvic Floor & Yoni Love to reconnect with, appreciate and celebrate this incredible part of our female anatomy. Exploring strength, softness, awareness and the importance of both engaging and letting go. A little love and gratitude for an area of our bodies that deserves so much more attention. • Heart Opening Movement to gently unfold from our winter cocoon, create space across the chest, create a happier spine, encourage deeper more spacious breaths and welcome a sense of openness, warmth and connection with ourselves as we move towards spring. • Restorative Yoga to embrace softness, surrender into supported poses, nourish our nervous system and enjoy the wonderful benefits of slowing down, resting and simply being. • Ritual & Guided Relaxation to turn our attention inwards, appreciate our bodies, nurture a positive connection with ourselves and welcome the lighter energy of spring feeling renewed, grounded, restored and ready for the next season. This evening is about finding that lovely balance between strength and softness, movement and rest, giving and receiving. Ready to spring into spring A little time for yourself, this Valentine's weekend.
