Slow down, reconnect & return to stillness through mindful movement, breath, sound, chakra chanting and a heart-opening mantra circle. Return to Stillness — An Immersive Sound Ceremony Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter an afternoon created for slowing down, reconnecting and simply being. Return to Stillness is a two-hour immersive experience by Deeply Tuned In, bringing together mindful movement, breath, sound, creativity and collective voice. We’ll begin by creating your own lavender aromatherapy eye pillow — yours to use during the ceremony and take home with you. This gentle creative moment gives us time to arrive, meet one another and settle into the space. From there, we’ll move into slow mindful movement and breathwork, followed by a guided chakra chanting experience, using the voice and vibration to explore each energy centre. Then, you’ll be invited to lie down, place your handmade eye pillow over your eyes and simply receive. You’ll be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gong, handpan, Native American flute, koshi chimes, frame drum, chakra instruments and other ambient textures, creating space for deep rest and stillness. To close, we’ll come back together in a mantra circle, where everyone is welcome to join their voice as we sing simple mantras together. No singing experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
