A Samhain gathering of movement, breath work and music Rooted in the ancient tradition of Samhain, we're coming together this Halloween for a morning of movement, breathwork, live music and connection. The event will take place at the Roots Cafe in the Dun Laoghaire Library on the 31st October from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. Samhain marks the transition from Autumn into Winter. A time when the natural world slows down, inviting us to do the same. This is an indoor event.All you need is yourself, a yoga mat and some cosy clothes (maybe a blanket). No expectations and no pressure to be anything but yourself. Just come as you are. Grá Mór Dave, Brian, Niall & Theo.
