Samhain Soundbath

Grounding breathwork, Reiki‑infused crystal alchemy sound bath, and oracle card pull for Samhain integration. Slow down, tune in, and integrate what Samhain is stirring within you. The deeply restorative workshop is designed to bring you into deeper layers of clarity, release, and inner steadiness as we move through Samhain’s threshold. Led by Audrey O’Connor, you will move through grounding breathwork, a soothing, Reiki‑infused crystal alchemy soundbath, and a closing moment to pull oracle cards for integration. As a Reiki Karuna Master specialising in the emotional body and subconscious patterning, Audrey’s practice supports deep energetic unwinding, often described as feeling like a deep tissue massage on a cellular level, helping the body soften old tension, and shift long‑held emotional imprints. Samhain is the perfect moment for deep emotional release and full-body recalibration. With Venus and Mercury stationing direct just days before this workshop, the energy around Sunday 15th feels much clearer, allowing you the space to go as deep as you need.
