Cacao & Somatic Release/Meditation Circle (Women Only)

Women-only cacao circle with breathwork, somatic release, movement & meditation to help you feel lighter, calmer and grounded. Cacao & Somatic Release Circle (Women Only) Join us for a nourishing and powerful women-only circle combining ceremonial cacao, trauma-informed somatic therapeutic yoga, breath-led release, sound/voice, deep rest and gentle energy healing. This monthly circle offers a safe, guided space to release stored tension, reconnect with your body, and restore inner balance — with choice, respect, and nervous system safety at the centre. Rather than forcing emotional catharsis, this work honours readiness. You are invited to listen inwardly, follow your own pace, and release only what your system feels prepared to let go of — within a held and supportive group container. What to expect Over 2 hours, you’ll be guided through a calming and empowering journey including: • Arrival & settling • Opening ritual + cacao (optional) • Guided grounding into a deeply relaxed state (alpha-style nervous system settling) • Somatic therapeutic yoga movement (Kundalini-inspired) • Breath-led release + rhythmic movement • Meditation • Deep rest & integration • Gentle energetic support / healing touch (optional and consent-based) This is not a fitness class or performance space. Everything is invitational, and you are always welcome to pause, rest, or simply observe. What to bring Yoga mat (if you have one), blanket, cushion, water, and warm socks/layers.
