She is a great teacher and very personable. She was very patient and encouraging with us. We had great conversation and learned a lot. She even sent us recipes after we had left. We made 4 types of pasta, two filled and two not filled. She showed us techniques to mix the ingredients and to roll the dough to get it thin without overworking it. We also made tiramisu! Overall, it was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip through Italy. We recommend it as highly as we can!
