Degustazione di diverse tipologie di ostriche fresche, selezionate da Mauro Pallottino di ROYAL, realtà specializzata nella selezione e distribuzione di pregiate ostriche e prodotti ittici provenienti da diverse aree europee. A ciascuna ostrica sarà abbinata una birra scelta dal Biersommelier Roberto Parodi.
