Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026: Presentazione Tynt Meadow, unica birra trappista inglese Nel cuore della Charnwood Forest, in Leicestershire, i monaci di Mount Saint Bernard hanno vissuto di latte per quasi due secoli. Quando l'allevamento smise di reggere i conti lasciarono le stalle per la sala cottura: nel 2018 nasce Tynt Meadow, prima e unica birra trappista del Regno Unito. Peter Grady, brewery manager dell'Abbazia, presenta le birre dell'unico birrificio trappista inglese.
