Our one day course is limited to 6 people so reserve early to secure your place. Your teacher Tim Exley has studied Hatha yoga, Kashmiri Shaivism and various lineages of meditation. He has 9 years experience in Sound meditation and healing. Trained in Nepal he offers sound meditation in Japan and elsewhere. The course is based on the 4 day course we teach at our ashram in Pokhara, Nepal.
