It offers a calm, judgement-free space to explore FIRE (Financially Independent Retire Early)not as a race to stop working, but as a way to gain the freedom to choose how one lives, works and gives. Illustrative journeys showing how FIRE principles apply differently for each of them (see below). 4. The first nudge towards a FIRE plan. A simple reflection and starter framework that attendees can take home and build into a comprehensive plan. Her story shows how early habits and clarity of values can create real choices within a decade. His story shows how realigning priorities can turn pressure into purpose and open the door to a career pivot. Pre-Retiree · A 57-year-old professional is unsure whether she has “enough”. Her story shows how defining the life she actually wants brings peace of mind and a confident transition into her next chapter. About the Host ​Tung Kum Seng brings over 35 years of senior finance leadership. Prior to transitioning to a FIRE lifestyle himself, he was CFO APAC at a global MNC. He now runs his own coaching practice (TKS Transformation Coaching) as an ICF certified coach, sharing his personal experience and coaching perspective on aligning success with who you are, what you value, and the stage of life you're at.
