An interactive workshop for Primary School students to practise gratitude and kindness while building resilience. This event is exclusively for Upper Primary (Pri 4-Pri 6) students Theme: Gratitude & Kindness This workshop helps children develop positive habits that support well-being, emotional balance and caring relationships. Through reflective and experiential activities, children will learn to notice pleasant moments, appreciate what they have, recognise the support of others, and express kindness to themselves and those around them. By paying attention to positive experiences and practising small acts of kindness, children can develop a more balanced perspective and carry these healthy habits into the next school term. Learning Objectives: • Notice and appreciate positive moments in everyday life • Recognise people, experiences and things for which they are grateful • Practise simple ways to show kindness to themselves and others • Develop gratitude and kindness habits that support emotional well-being and resilience WHEN?
