Turn ChatGPT (or Claude) into an Principal Strategist that understands your business and helps you make better decisions, sharpen your strategy, and attract clients more consistently. In just 2 hours, you'll build a practical AI system that you can start using immediately - no coding or technical expertise required. Schedule: 3:00 PM: Welcome and networking 3:15 PM: Workshop 5:15 PM: Q&A and open discussion 5:30 PM: Networking and light refreshments Why Most AI Falls Short Many entrepreneurs already use AI to generate ideas or draft content faster, but the results often feel generic or off-target. Decisions still take too much energy, and marketing lacks direction. The reason is simple: AI needs business context. The more AI understands your target audience, positioning, goals, and expertise, the more relevant its input becomes. With the right context, AI transforms from a basic text generator into a thinking partner that gives you clarity and confidence. What You'll Learn During this workshop, you will step-by-step configure your Principal Strategist to: • Give AI the right context about your business • Make better decisions with greater confidence • Sharpen your marketing strategy • Communicate your expertise more clearly • Attract clients consistently Who Is This Workshop For?
