With her company Studio Olla, she turns big stories into small, catchy pieces of “content confetti” for start-ups, founders and impact makers. She runs LinkedIn Content Marathon workshops ánd cacao circles for woman. Online, on the dancefloor or in more intimate spaces, she knows how to get a room full of strangers talking, laughing, dancing and connecting.Coos is the founder of coosflows: trainer, coach, yoga teacher and guide at THIS IS EDEN, where she leads active, embodied meditations. At Ambrosia she is Head of People & Culture and takes care of everything that has to do with the team behind the rave. At Breekjaar she coaches young people through ten months of figuring out who they are and what really matters to them. Whether it’s a training room, a yoga mat or a dancefloor, Coos bridges structure and intuition, depth and lightness, spreading her mission to open hearts. Yara is the founder of Time to Expresso, a certified journaling facilitator, trauma-informed yoga teacher and marcom & production lead at The Spirit School, a place for spiritual development in Amsterdam. Before that, she spent years freelancing in education, from thesis coaching to helping schools go digital. After the depression, suicide attempt and loss of her father, she realized that "expression is the opposite of depression", and Time to Expresso was born. Through journaling events, writing workshops, loss circles, yoga classes and cacao/live music events, she helps people express the unspoken.
