Funny Women Amsterdam Presents: Comedy & Games Night!

An interactive, hybrid of a hilarious live games night and a stand-up open mic! Championing diverse voices in comedy. This isn’t your average comedy show: it’s an interactive blend of stand-up comedy and outlandish host-led games. You won't just watch the action; you can volunteer to become part of it as performers from different disciplines compete in hilarious games. Part 1: Open Mic Comedians doing their thing. You'll get a mix of experienced comedians and new voices. It's less about polished, perfect sets and more about creating space for people to try new things. Part 2: Games After the break, the chaos begins. Performers and audience volunteers take on bizarre tasks. Think hilarious challenges, props, quick thinking, and crowd involvement. Since 2019, Funny Women Amsterdam has been a home for women, trans women, and non-binary comedians. We're a platform dedicated to giving these voices space and support in comedy. We break down barriers, nurture new talent, and create opportunities that don't always exist elsewhere. Open to all who want to participate, laugh, and support. Founded in 2002 by Lynne Parker, Funny Women has been at the forefront of supporting and nurturing female comedy talent globally. Known for its annual Funny Women Awards, this UK-based organisation is dedicated to helping women in comedy make their voices heard. Their work has created opportunities for countless performers, paving the way for a more inclusive comedy world. Discover more at funnywomen.com.
