For our third edition, we are bringing in Chef Max Bonfanti. We are exploring the shared emotional vocabulary of South American and South Asian comfort food: a deep respect for slow-cooked elements, vibrant and acidic salsas/chutneys, the communal utility of flatbreads, and an unapologetic love for heat. BOV (Board of Vibes) will be soundtracking our brunch, easing you into the day with morning-proof, mellow deep house and smooth disco. As the afternoon rolls on, they’ll turn up the tempo and bring the groove, seamlessly transitioning into our Chai Rave.
