Take the first step in brewing your own kombucha at home! Take the first step in brewing your own kombucha at home! Learn primary and secondary fermentation of kombucha through hands-on practice using the batch brew method. Go to your home with your scoby, first and second fermentation brews. Included; • Scoby and starter kombucha, pH strips. • Your own flavored kombucha. • Unique flavored kombucha tasting. • Fermented snacks with umami flavors. This workshop will be held in English and/or Turkish.
