My name is Ines Baricevic Balmaekers. I'm an international facilitator and community builder, passionate about women’s empowerment, holistic well-being, and creating spaces for genuine connection. From my early work in leadership development to building startup communities, my focus has always been on bringing people together and fostering authentic connections. Having lived in seven countries across two continents, and now calling Maastricht (the Netherlands) my home, I know what it feels like to be searching for a tribe.
