The Autumn Shift is a 75-minute Hatha and Yin yoga practice thoughtfully designed to help you transition smoothly into the cooler months ahead. The first half of the class will focus on steady, active Hatha postures to spark internal warmth, build stability, and root your foundation. In the second half, we will slow down, melting into passive, grounding Yin holds to invite deep rest, reflection, and quiet surrender. Throughout the practice, you will be supported in tuning into the changing cycles around and within you. This experience is designed to help you gently shed what no longer serves you, cultivate physical and mental balance, and create space for deep nourishment. After the practice, the transition continues off the mat. We will gather for a warm moment of community connection to share experiences, enjoy a warm drink, and meet fellow internationals.
