A deeply relaxing sound journey with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, drums and voice. Part of the Monday Sound Sessions by Agata Take a pause from the pace of everyday life and give yourself 75 minutes to simply listen, rest and receive. In this immersive sound bath, Agata guides you through a carefully crafted journey using a rich combination of acoustic instruments, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums and her voice. Rather than following a fixed sequence, each sound bath is intuitively shaped in the moment. The sounds build, interact and gradually shift in rhythm, tone and intensity, creating space for deep relaxation and quiet awareness. You don’t need to know anything about sound healing or have any previous experience. Simply arrive, make yourself comfortable and allow yourself to be carried by the sound. What to expect The session begins with a gentle arrival and grounding, followed by an extended period of sound. The journey gradually moves through different layers of sound before settling into quiet and stillness. You will spend most of the session lying comfortably on a mat, allowing your body and mind to rest. This session is for you if you • need a break from a busy week • find it difficult to switch off • want to experience sound meditation without needing to “do” anything • are new to sound baths or already have an established practice • simply want an evening of deep rest Duration: 75 minutes Every month on Monday evening Every Monday, a different way to experience sound. About Agata: Agata is a Sound therapist, Medicine Woman, Ayurvedic massage therapist & Ayurvedic therapist. She is a founder of Agata Wholistic Touch. She was in a 3,5 year training under 2 shamans who help her to expand working with a music as a medicine. She works with voice, body & sound, offering reconnecting with your voice workshops, sound bath sessions and ceremonies (cacao, sacred tobacco rapé and truffles) to the groups, 1-1 and companies. “In my soul I have always been a musician and an artist.
