🌊 Feeel Goood Sunday Session - Yoga & Sauna By The Sea Sunday 25th of October | Orewa Beach 8:30-10:30am Your weekly Sunday Sauna Collective Feeel Goood Ritual has started again! A morning designed to awaken your senses, ground your body, and fill your soul with that unmistakable post-sauna glow. We’ll begin with Slow Flow Yoga led by Marjolein from Yoga Roots - a sweet slow flow yoga class - enjoy simple movements with connective breaths while loving being in your body. (open for all, incl beginners). From there, we flow straight into sauna rounds and ocean dips - the crème de la crème of Sunday rituals. Let the heat, saltwater, and fresh air melt away what’s no longer needed and leave you feeling alive, clear, and connected. Schedule: 🧘‍♀️ Yoga Session 8:30-9:30am (please arrive around 8:20am) 🔥 Sauna & Ocean Swim 9:30-10:30am (enough time for 3 sauna rounds) Held at the beautiful Orewa Beach Holiday Park, this morning unfolds within the gentle embrace of New Zealand’s coastal landscape, where sea, sky, and sand come together in perfect harmony. Tickets: Yoga & Sauna combo (2h) $39 Yoga only (1h) $15 What to bring: • Yoga mat • Two towels (one for the sauna, one to dry off) • Water to stay hydrated • Warm layers for after your swim (Tip: arrive in your swimwear under your yoga clothes to make transitions easy.) Adress Details: Sauna Collective is located inside the Orewa Beach Holiday Park, on the northern end of the park. Parking inside the Holiday Park is exclusively for guest who are camping there. For the general public please find a carpark either close to restaurant Faridas on 226 Hibiscus Coast Highway, or in the large carpark at the surf&life saving club. From there follow the blue Sauna Collective flags to our location. The yoga class will take place in the large grass area across from the sauna, with the most stunning oceans views of the Hibiscus Coast. FAQ Can I join for yoga only? Yes, you can! A separate ticket option of $15 is available if you’d like to attend just the yoga class. What if it rains? If the weather prevents yoga, you’ll still enjoy your 60-minute sauna session (9:30-10:30am) and receive a $15 refund for the yoga portion. We’ll confirm any changes by text by 7:30am on the morning of the event. Cancellation Policy Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend or family member with at least 48 hours notice. ✨ Come as you are, breathe deeply, and let the elements do their work.
