90 minute Sound Journey

Take 90 minutes. Give yourself permission to fully let go. In a world that rarely slows down, this sound journey is your invitation to pause, breathe and come home to yourself. For 90 minutes, the resonant tones of gongs and singing bowls will wash over your body, easing tension, quieting the mind and guiding you into deep relaxation. This isn't just music. It's medicine for your nervous system. Unlike shorter sessions, the extended time here lets your whole being truly settle. You'll move past the surface and into a state where real release becomes possible - physically, emotionally, mentally. What this journey offers: • Deep relaxation and stress relief • Release of tension and stored emotion • A reconnection to your inner self • A meditative state, supported by sound How to prepare: No experience needed. No effort required. Just show up, get comfortable (sitting or lying down) and let the sound do the rest. Bring a water bottle, blanket, pillow, and eye cover for your comfort. Suitable for any age, any body, any experience level. 📍 The Life Centre Studio, 86 Jervois Road First time joining a sound healing session? Read these tips before you come →
