Once a month, we’re turning up the music, the movement, and the good vibes as we welcome the incredible DJ Morpho Join us for a magical winter morning of movement, music, connection, and community. As the winter chill sets in, it’s time to stoke your inner fire. Step out of the cold and let’s generate some collective heat through movement, music, and warm community connections. 🌿 This month! Special… YOGA WITH Stace Eastwood 9am till 10;30 Stacey Eastwood is a Yoga & Meditation Facilitator, and for over 10 years she has lovingly held space for classes, workshops & international retreats. Yoga found her almost 14 years ago, and it has quietly shaped her life ever since. The path carried her to India, where she completed her first 200 hour training in 2016. In the years since she has gathered over 650 hours of certified Yoga Training in the practices closest to her heart: Mindful Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Empowerment Yoga. What she loves most is weaving ancient yogic wisdom with modern, nervous system informed techniques. Her classes offer a gentle blend of mindfulness & movement... space for quiet self reflection and deeply restful meditation. Together with her students, she settles the nervous system, shifts stuck energy, softens the mind and makes room to reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose. In 2018 she founded Tanglewood Retreat, a community focused yoga retreat centre, where for 4 years she had the joy of welcoming guests from all over the world. At the end of 2022 she made her home in Mangawhai, New Zealand, and today she continues to share retreats across South Africa & New Zealand. These practices have transformed her own life, and it lights her up to share them with others. Join her on the mat, in a workshop, or retreat. Then from 10:30AM, DJ Morpho takes over as we flow into an uplifting free-form dance journey filled with music, joy, and connection. This is a playful, welcoming space where freedom, movement, and community come together. Come dance, stretch, connect, laugh, and fill your cup for the month ahead. Let’s rise together and create a morning full of energy, happiness, and uplifting vibes. 💛 We believe that dancing is medicine. So prepare to receive your monthly dose of movement. Currently, DJ Morpho combines her easy-going nature with music for moving energy and empowering yourself, surfing waves of awakening.
